Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide reception/front office staff.
- Monitor patient inflow, waiting time, and ensure timely registration.
- Manage appointment scheduling, token system, and coordination with doctors/optometrists.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations politely and effectively.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure accurate billing/checklists.
- Track daily OPD targets and support growth initiatives.
- Ensure front desk hygiene, grooming, and brand-standard service.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in front office or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Professional, patient-focused attitude with hospitality mindset.
