Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Assist with basic HR and office management duties if required
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
