Candidates with a certificate / diploma in Hotel Management or Travel and Tourism. Minimum 1-year experience in a 3-star hotel or resort in a similar role. Fluent in Speaking English and Malayalam. Speaking Hindi is an advantage. Age: 19 to 30 years.
Greeting guests at the front office and hotel lobby. Receive walk-in guests at the front office and respond to reservation inquiries. Replying to reservations and other inquiries via. phone and e-mails in a professional manner. Check-in, check-out, and billing as per Front office Operation Systems and Procedures. Maintaining and updating Form-B and Form-C for foreign guests as per regulations. Maintaining room inventory records and updating OTA and channel partner. Coordination with other departments in the Hotel. Handle guest requests and complaints in a courteous manner to maintain guest satisfaction. Collect guest feedback. Reporting to Front Office Supervisor.
Any other tasks as assigned by Front Office Supervisor.
Salary: Rs 12,000.00 per month plus incentive, shared staff accommodation, food, uniform and laundry.
