Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Guide guests to the appropriate departments or staff.
- Telephone & Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Handle inquiries and provide information when required.
- Manage office email accounts and correspondence.
- Front Office Administration
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Support Functions
- Assist HR/Admin team in day-to-day administrative work.
- Maintain employee attendance registers/logs if required.
- Manage office supplies related to front office and stationery.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
