TradeGeniuz Capital Private Limited is urgently hiring a Front Office Admin / Receptionist (Female) who will be the face of our organization, managing client interactions with professionalism and grace. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to ensure excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Calls and route them appropriately.
- Manage all client booking inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the booking and visitor tracking systems.
- Ensure smooth communication across guest interaction channels (calls, emails, walk-ins).
- Promote company services and offers through polite and persuasive communication.
- Update booking reports and follow up on pending details with accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Tamil & English (mandatory – fluency will be an added advantage)
- Confident telephone etiquette and professional approach
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
