Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and proactive Front Office Executive (Female) to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors, handling communication, and supporting office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors at the front desk
- Handle all incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Draft professional emails, letters, and other business correspondence
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments
- Maintain front office decorum, stationery, and visitor records
- Coordinate with internal teams for client servicing and logistics
- Handle courier dispatches and general administrative support
- Prepare documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel sheets as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Female candidates only
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Should know how to draft official correspondence, emails, and letters professionally
- Basic understanding of client servicing and coordination
- Presentable appearance, polite behavior, and confident communication
- Ability to multitask and manage front-desk responsibilities independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in a similar receptionist/front office role
- Familiarity with handling vendors, hospitality, or client walk-ins
