Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and redirect calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming mail, courier logs, and visitor sign-ins.
- Support team scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and voucher preparation.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken English.
- A presentable appearance with a confident, professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
