We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all clients and visitors are treated with respect and courtesy.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors, both verbally and in writing.
- Ensure that all messages and requests are relayed promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
