We are looking for a well-presented, efficient, and people-oriented Front Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations while also supporting basic Calling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:Front Office Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Handle visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Coordinate with office boys, housekeeping, and security staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Female Candidates preffered.
- Hindi Language is Mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
