Responsibilities/Duties:
Inspection: Perform visual and physical inspections of dairy products at various stages of production.
Testing: Conduct or oversee sampling and testing of products for quality parameters, such as composition, microbial count, and contamination.
Documentation: Record and report inspection findings, test results, and any deviations from standards.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, standards (like HACCP), and internal quality guidelines.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other relevant departments to resolve identified quality issues.
Calibration: Maintain and ensure proper functioning of inspection and testing equipment.
Reporting: Prepare technical reports and provide data to support quality improvement initiatives.
