Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
Experience Required:
2–4 years in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers and maintain a log
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and staff/visitor coordination
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to HR/Admin teams as needed
Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility staff for daily operations
- Manage office supplies and stationery stock for the reception/front desk area
- Assist in event coordination or internal communication when required
- Update contact lists, internal extensions, and directories
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and confident
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure gracefully
- Punctual, responsible, and good with people
