Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for supporting the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maximizing profitability. The role involves managing staff, maintaining standards, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations in restaurants, bars, banquets, or room service.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and new menu launches.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs and waste.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
- Train, schedule, and support F&B staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Work with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support budget planning and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Generate reports and provide insights on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; POS software knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
