Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate

Job Summary:
To provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience meets expectations.
2. Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
4. Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensure proper table settings, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
5. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with other food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
7. Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
8. Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
9. Need minimum one year hotel industry experience .
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or food and beverage certification preferred.
2. Experience: Previous food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage operations, menu planning, and hospitality software.
5. Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) and hospitality certification (e.g., Certified Hospitality Associate) preferred.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
