Position: Order & Production Manager

Location: 3 Wood Street, Govind Mahal, 2nd Floor, Kolkata
Smriti Apparels is looking to urgently hire a female Order & Production Manager with minimum 1 year of experience in the same industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online & in-store orders from booking to dispatch
- Handle store sales, fittings, alterations, and client servicing
- Coordinate with tailors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all production processes
- Maintain records and provide regular updates on all orders
✅ Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year experience in fashion production/order management
- Fashion design background is mandatory
- Must have excellent written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of fabrics, tailoring, and customer interaction
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Must be able to join immediately
