- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely procurement of fabrics and materials.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and clients.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during production or shipping.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and regulations affecting fabric and garment exports.
- Maintain the databases in the designated ERP system.
