Job Title: Export Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Export Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling end-to-end export documentation and coordination for international shipments. This includes preparing invoices and packing lists, arranging shipping, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required export documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters for timely dispatch of goods.
- Schedule and monitor pickup, loading, and shipment of export orders as per customer or contract terms.
- Ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance, including HS codes, certificates of origin, and export declarations.
- Maintain compliance with DGFT, customs, and export control regulations.
- Track and update shipment status and share updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation records for audits, insurance, and statutory purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams like sales, production, quality, and accounts for timely order processing.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and Bank Negotiation documents, if required.
- Prepare monthly export reports and shipping schedules.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/International Trade or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in export documentation & logistics coordination
- Knowledge:
- Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, etc.)
- Customs clearance & HS Code classification
- Incoterms, LC documentation, and export incentives
- Skills:
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems
- Ability to manage timelines and multi-country shipments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
