Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience in providing high-level administrative and executive support, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle confidential documents and communication with discretion.
- Draft emails, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and office systems.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates on behalf of the executive.
Requirements:
- Preferably an MBA, LLB, or a degree in administrative or management studies.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with senior management or in corporate offices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Salary: As per industry standards
