Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Communication Management
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the MD (emails, letters, reports).
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, senior management, and employees.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests.
Operational Coordination
- Follow up on action points from meetings and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with various departments to coordinate internal and external projects.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing documents for the MD.
Travel and Logistics
- Organize domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements for the MD.
Project Assistance
- Assist in executing business strategies, planning, and reporting.
- Coordinate key projects and initiatives under the direction of the MD.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), calendar tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
