Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information and acting as a liaison both internally and externally to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate and support logistics for meetings, events, and board activities.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Competition analysis, market intelligence and other analysis.
- Ad hoc data analysis for the senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive or senior administrative support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Britix, Zoho).
- Experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Resourcefulness and ability to work in ambiguous environments, being comfortable with the unknown as we'll as working under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
