We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing skincare treatments, facials, waxing, and other beauty services while delivering exceptional customer care. A strong understanding of skin types, products, and treatment techniques is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional skin care services such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other treatments
- Analyze clients’ skin and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Perform hair removal services including waxing, threading, or sugaring
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Stay updated on new techniques, skincare trends, and product knowledge
- Promote skincare products and upsell relevant treatments to clients
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and preferences
- Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified/licensed Esthetician (as per local/state regulations)
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and skin conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
