Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers, provide product or service information, answer queries, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via call and live chat promptly and accurately
- Generate sales from leads & repeats coming from various sources including but not limited to social media, app, website, referrals, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.
- ·Assist customers in placing orders, navigating the app, and resolving issues.
- Ensure that a lead is responded within 15 mins of booking and close the lead at no more than 45 mins from placing of enquiry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships, track customer progress, and close sales as required.
- Follow up with the therapists to ensure whether the payment has been collected and in case of cash payment whether the same has been transferred to the company bank account
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team to improve product/service offerings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and any initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling, chat support and customer service is mandatory. Prior experience with sales is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency Google Sheet or Excel
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal)

- Typing speed: Should be able to type on laptop & phone to respond to customers promptly
Office Timing :
11:00 am to 09:00 pm (Rotational Off day during the weekdays)
Salary
Rs 16,000 to Rs 23,000 per month + PF + ESI + Sales Incentive up to Rs 10,000
