Position: Receptionist cum Administrator (Female Candidates Only)
Industry: Aviation | Pilot Training
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience & communication skills)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors and students at the front desk
- Attend phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Counsel prospective students and parents on training programs
- Manage admission paperwork, document filing, and student records
- Coordinate batches, schedules, and act as a bridge between students and faculty
- Support general office operations and provide administrative assistance
Who We're Looking For:
- Female candidates only (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with phone conversations and student interactions
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Passion for the education or aviation sector is a plus!
