What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to guide for pet parents, answering questions and providing clarity across WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platforms.
- Use your counselling skills to provide personalized guidance, helping customers make confident choices.
- Address concerns patiently and ensure issues are resolved smoothly.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with pet parents to encourage long-term loyalty.
- Share insights with the team to improve our products and services.
- Encourage feedback, reviews, and community engagement from pet parents.
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in EdTech counselling, student advisory, or academic support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, positive approach.
- Comfortable using digital platforms or CRM tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a people-first mindset.
