Qualification: PUC/ Graduation
Experience: Minimum 6months In Inside Sales
Language: Good in English & Kannada
Package: 20000 to 25000 Per Month
Work timing: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
Work days: 6 days (Sunday fixed week off)
Age: 19 to 32
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle calls to counsel students and parents about aviation training programs.
- Understand student needs and guide them on suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Convert leads into admissions through follow-ups via calls
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in CRM tools
