Clinical Responsibilities (Apollo Sugar clinic, Seetha Circle)
- Patient assessment and diagnosis: Evaluates children's health through physical exams, medical history, and diagnostic tests to determine medical conditions.
- Treatment and management: Develops and implements individualized care plans to manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Monitoring development and growth: Tracks physical, cognitive, and emotional development to ensure children are meeting age-appropriate milestones.
- Emergency response: Provides prompt and effective care during pediatric emergencies or urgent situations.
- Referrals and collaboration: Coordinates with specialists and healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care when necessary.
- Advising parents: Offers guidance to parents on nutrition, behavior, illness prevention, and general child wellness.
- Building trust: Establishes a reliable and supportive relationship with patients and their families to promote better health outcomes.
- Effective communication: Clearly conveys medical information and listens actively to concerns from both children and caregivers.
- Record keeping: Maintains accurate and detailed patient records, including histories, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Continuing education: Keeps knowledge and skills current by participating in medical conference
