DM Setter (LinkedIn Outreach Specialist)
We are looking for a DM Setter with proven LinkedIn outreach experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sending personalized messages that build genuine connections and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted prospecting on LinkedIn using defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Send personalized connection requests and direct messages daily.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging messages aligned with our brand tone.
- Manage and track conversations, responses, and follow-ups in LinkedIn/Sales Navigator or CRM.
- Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
- Work closely with sales/marketing teams to align messaging with campaigns.
Requirements:
- Prior, hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach / DM setting (mandatory).
- Strong content writing and communication skills for personalized messaging.
- Proven ability to generate responses and qualified leads through DMs.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead gen tools, and CRMs.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Ability to balance personalization with efficiency for high-volume outreach.
