Job Description
- Strong knowledge of Machine Controller (FANUC), tool change offsets, settings, and 2D programming.
- Proficient in cutting tools, GD&T, jigs, fixtures, and checking fixtures.
- Skilled in manpower handling and schedule preparation to ensure 100% on-time delivery (OTD).
- Perform monthly Kaizen activities for process improvement.
- Handle minor maintenance faults and ensure proper setup, sampling, and final inspection before startup.
- Drive productivity and quality improvements while using all relevant measuring instruments.
- Participate in meetings, communicate instructions, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Ensure KPIs are achieved through effective planning, management, and reporting.
- Conduct process risk assessments and support continuous training and development.
- Knowledge of SAP core tools.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
