We are a growing company in the garment industry (menswear), specializing in high-quality products. To support our operations, we are looking for a Dispatch Executive who can efficiently manage warehouse operations, handle dispatches, and maintain inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and internal teams for smooth dispatch.
- Maintain and update inventory records, stock reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and quality checks before dispatch.
- Monitor inward & outward stock movement and reconcile with system records.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution/dispatch (garment industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP software for stock tracking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
