Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to manage a brand’s online presence effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, visuals, and messaging for campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Generate actionable insights and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Use data to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Budget Management
- Plan and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and others.
- Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Creative Thinking: Strong skills in content creation and branding.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
