We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Co-Ordinator(FEMALE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales over the phone. You will play a key role in promoting our electric vehicle (EV) products and services to potential customers, dealers, and businesses.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation II
2.Cold Calling - Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell of the company products and services.
3. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
4. Accurately record details of customers purchase orders and process customer purchases
Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken

Salary: Upto 12000/- per month + Incentive
