Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Develop and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages through continuous testing
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and inform strategic adjustments
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixel/tag implementation, and attribution models
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and growth strategies
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and digital advertising best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Demonstrated success managing advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh+ or 5-figure USD equivalents
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Comprehensive understanding of various campaign types (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Facebook Conversions, etc.)
- Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
