Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales/communication targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve customer acquisition.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
