Position Details:
- Role: Customer Support Executive (L3)
- Process: Flipkart (Voice Support)

- Location: Gurgaon Transcom (Pan India candidates eligible)
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (including night shifts and weekends)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Education: Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are also eligible
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in both Hindi and English is mandatory
- Note: Candidates with MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) will not be considered
System Requirements:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (11th Gen)
- Operating System: Windows 11
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB
- Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps stable WiFi connection
- Accessories: USB headphones (Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack not supported)
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: Approximately ₹17,500 per month
