Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers professionally through email and phone
- Share timely updates on shipment status and next steps
- Coordinate with warehouses to schedule or reschedule delivery appointments
- Work closely with the internal operations team for shipment details and follow through
- Keep trackers reports and records updated and organized
- Solve customer issues with care urgency and clear communication
- Maintain long term trust by providing excellent service
Who Can Apply
- Experience in customer service BPO client coordination or logistics support
- Fluent in English with strong phone and email communication
- Confident multitasker with a sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home setup
- Willing to work rotating US shifts (CST EST PST).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
