We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to oversee customer relationship processes and enhance client satisfaction. The role includes monitoring team performance, ensuring quality client communication, gathering client feedback, and supporting process improvements. The candidate must possess a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and extract actionable insights that strengthen customer relationship strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance on lead handling, task completion, and client communication.
- Oversee client interactions (calls, emails, meetings) to ensure professionalism.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement of CRM processes and internal operations.
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, and technical teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.
- Analyze performance data to develop actionable strategies for enhancing client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, operations, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of SEO, SMM, and business software (CRM, HRM, ERP) is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
