Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Handle cold conversations to build rapport with new and potential customers.
- Manage customer grievances effectively with a polite and problem-solving approach.
- Work under pressure and handle high customer volumes efficiently.

- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management in the service sector (Hospitals, Salons, Health Care )
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Tamil.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and customer service orientation.
