Role- Customer Service Representative
Job Description
- Answering Inbound Calls and addressing clients queries making Outbound Calls for collections and informing them regarding pending EMI and also doing sales pitch for various products.
- Following up on cases and get it closed within defined TAT Liaise with Department in resolving the cases.
Requirements :
- Has customer centricity (Keeps the Customer First) in all perspective
- Has good communication skills (written and verbal)
