Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients, reach out via calls, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Communication & Coordination: Clearly communicate with clients and coordinate with the plant dispatch team for smooth order processing.
- Sales & Negotiation: Confidently explain our product benefits, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- Understanding Business Nuances: Learn and understand manufacturing, logistics, and payment processes to provide better customer service.
- Follow-ups & Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and assist in managing payment collections.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Street-smart & Confident: Ability to handle sales conversations effectively.
- Strong Communication: Hindi fluency is a must; basic English is required.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Passionate about making a career in sales.
- Basic Business & Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of business processes, dispatch, and payments.
- Tele-Sales Expertise: Experience in tele-calling or inside sales is a plus.
