- Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services, ensuring timely and quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the home healthcare market.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to promote services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in local languages (Kannada, Hindi) in addition
