Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp & calls.
- Provide support for orders, returns & product information.
- Manage customer data using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth order processing.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred).
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Knowledge of Excel
Schedule: Day shift, 6 days working
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
