Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic English Trainer to provide professional communication training to employees and clients in alignment with U.S. business communication standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written English skills, strong presentation abilities, and experience in training professionals in corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language training sessions focusing on grammar, pronunciation, accent, and communication skills.
- Develop and deliver training modules tailored to U.S. communication standards.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Design interactive learning activities to enhance language proficiency and business communication.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Ensure training quality aligns with organizational goals and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an English Trainer/Corporate Trainer.
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of U.S. culture, pronunciation, and business communication style.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. Pacific Time).
