We are looking for a soft-spoken and proactive Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely payment follow-ups, delivery updates, and consistent relationship building. Your ability to follow up without being forceful and to maintain a positive rapport will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on payments from clients regularly in a professional and courteous manner
- Update clients on the status of their goods and delivery timelines
- Collect client feedback post-delivery and ensure their concerns (if any) are addressed
- Maintain excellent client relationships through clear, kind, and consistent communication
- Log all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system or Excel tracker
- Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams to stay updated on payment and delivery status
- Suggest improvements based on client feedback

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
