Educational Background
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or Civil Engineering (especially if technical understanding of stone dimensions, finishes, etc. is needed).
- MBA or diploma in Sales/Marketing/Exports is a plus.
Professional Experience
- 1–4 years in B2B Sales Support, CRM Handling, or Export Sales.
- Experience in industries like natural stone, ceramics, tiles, or building materials is a strong advantage.
- Experience with international clients, handling WhatsApp Business, Email, CRM follow-ups, etc.
Key Skills to Look For
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for pricing, quote templates, calculations.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or even Excel-based CRMs.
- Good email etiquette, WhatsApp professionalism, and spoken English (Spanish/French as bonus).
- Understanding of quotation preparation, Incoterms, and basic export documentation.
- Ability to prioritize leads, tag them, and set reminders/follow-ups systematically.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or CRM roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, email, and CRM tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in luxury products or building materials is a plus
