To ensure the effective and seamless use of the CRM software across all branches by providing backend support, coordinating issue resolution with vendors, guiding internal users, and maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM or software support roles
- Familiarity with any standard CRM platform (Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support systems
- Basic understanding of software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical and reporting abilities (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
- Ability to multitask and manage queries from multiple branches
