Job Title: Advisor – Credit Card Process

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in sales (preferably in credit card sales)
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream or HSC with at least one year of on-paper experience

Job Summary:
We are looking for young and energetic individuals who are passionate about sales and driven to meet targets. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting credit card products to prospective customers through outbound calling and assisting them throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to introduce and promote credit card products
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns
- Handle objections professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up consistently to maintain engagement and close the sale
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details
- Schedule callbacks and ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects
Basic Requirements:
- Sales background with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or banking is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Confident, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
