Sales Executive Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and yearly sales goals for Bajaj motorcycles and accessories through proactive sales efforts.
2. Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right Bajaj products.
3. Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling, ensuring regular follow-ups.
5. Product Demonstrations: Conduct test rides and showcase product features to customers.
6. Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing team to drive promotions and dealership events.
8. Field Sales Activity: Travel within the assigned territory, visit customer locations, and conduct face-to-face meetings to close deals.
9. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. Submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
● Knowledge of Bajaj products (preferred).
● Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
● Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
