Job Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, trend savvy, and witty Creative Copywriter to join our Highlander team This role involves crafting engaging scripts, captions, and content hooks for fashion video shoots that resonate with Gen Z audiences across Instagram and YouTube as part of the Creative Production team, you will shape narratives that are quirky, stylish, and aligned with the brand’s bold, cheeky voice (Jester Archetype) Your writing will directly influence how our fashion stories come alive across social media platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Write scripts and voiceover lines for Instagram reels, styling videos and campaign films.
- Craft creative hooks, punchy CTAs and embed meme references that connect with youth culture.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams on concept ideation, scene flow, and punchlines.
- Maintain brand voice consistency witty, cheeky and bold in tone.
- Adapt writing style for various formats short form reels, long form content, and product introductions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Advertising, Fashion Communication or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or youth centric brands.
- Portfolio of scripts, social media content or video copy will be an added advantage
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of Gen Z tone, meme culture and internet humor.
- In depth knowledge of Instagram Reels and YouTube content trends.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for fashion, streetwear and visual storytelling.
- Strong grasp of narrative structure, story arcs and scene building.
- Excellent command over English language, copywriting styles and CTA crafting.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment.
