Commis Chef

• Food Preparation:Peeling vegetables, dicing ingredients, marinating meats, and preparing other components for dishes.
• Kitchen Maintenance:Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ingredient Management:Measuring ingredients accurately, rotating stock, and discarding expired food to reduce waste.
• Assisting Senior Chefs:Working under the direct supervision of a Chef de Partie and learning from them.
• Supporting Kitchen Flow:Assisting with deliveries, ensuring station cleanliness, and performing other duties as needed to maintain efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,468.27 - ₹13,000.00 per month
