Position: Chinese CDP (Chef de Partie)Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes.
- Specialize in Momo, Dimsum, Bao, and Sushi preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to innovate and improve dishes.
