Job Title: Chinese Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to join our culinary team in Sector 17, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, including stir-fried dishes, noodles, soups, dim sum, and fried rice, with a focus on taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of Chinese dishes with consistency and high quality.
- Plan and manage inventory of Chinese ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor food portions and waste to reduce costs.
- Train and assist junior kitchen staff where necessary.
- Innovate and update the menu with seasonal and customer-favorite items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI standards).
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Chinese Chef or Cook.
- Deep knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
